Mr. Sagar Jadhav, a seasoned Mechanical Engineer with two decades of industry experience, is the Co-Founder of Add-On Systems. With a robust background in automotive design, product development, sheet metal fabrication, and casting, he played a key role in establishing the company alongside Mr. Sushant Gandhi in 2012.

Mr. Jadhav’s forward-thinking approach and commitment to global expansion continue to propel the company’s growth trajectory. In recognition of its rapid development, Add-On Systems was awarded the title of "Fastest Growing MSME" by TLC in 2020.

Inspired by the leadership of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, Mr. Jadhav is a strong advocate for emerging technologies and continuous innovation.
