Biography

Mr. Sushant Gandhi, a Mechanical Engineer from the College of Engineering Pune (COEP), brings over 25 years of extensive experience in sheet metal manufacturing. Early in his career, he mastered business operations and accounting principles, which he successfully applied in his family-owned sheet metal enterprise while serving as CEO. His leadership included streamlining manufacturing processes and workforce management.

In 2012, driven by a vision to build a strong industrial footprint, he founded Add-On Systems. A significant milestone in this journey was the acquisition of a 30,000 sq. ft. facility to support the company’s expansion. Under his stewardship, Add-On Systems was recognized as the "Fastest Growing MSME" in 2020 by TLC.

Mr. Gandhi is deeply passionate about automation in manufacturing and strongly believes that with the right strategy, consistent effort, and hard work, success is inevitable. His guiding principle: “Accept every challenge and work harder to achieve your goals.”
